In anticipation of their annual St. Patrick's Day tour, Dropkick Murphys has banded together with fellow Boston band Haywire to record a new split LP called New England Forever

This new LP will be available exclusively on their upcoming tour For The People…In The Pit St. Patrick’s Day Tour, a United States tour that culminates with a four day finale in the band’s hometown of Boston (March 13 -17).  These annual hometown shows leading up to St. Patrick’s day are a pilgrimage for Dropkick Murphy fans from all over the globe.

Following a European tour together, the two bands each recorded three new songs, as well as a cover of a song by the other band, with Haywire covering DKM’s “The Boys are Back” and DKM covering Haywire’s “Always By My Side”.

For this new LP, Dropkick Murphys reimagines their 2005 hit “Citizen C.I.A.” as “Citizen I.C.E.”, which was recorded in late 2025.  The band has begun to preview this new song with a video drawing attention to the tragic killing of Renee Nicole Good at the hands of I.C.E. in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

DKM and Haywire have released the full track list for New England Forever, which you can view below:
