Fit For A King set August 1 release for Lonely God, unleash new single

Fit For A King will release their eighth studio album, Lonely God, on August 1 through Solid State Records. The album spans 12 tracks and includes features from Lochie Keogh (Alpha Wolf) and Landon Tewers (The Plot In You).

The Texas metalcore band also dropped a new single, “Witness the End,” featuring guest vocals from Chris Motionless of Motionless In White. Inspired in part by the Netflix series Midnight Mass, the track leans harder into deathcore territory and previews a heavier direction for the album.

The band will hit the road this fall for a U.S. headline tour, starting October 30 in Phoenix and closing out December 7 in their hometown of Dallas. Make Them Suffer, Spite, and 156/Silence are on board as support. Tickets are available here.
