Bryce Vine dropped “Still Want You” on September 26, continuing his way through his new pop-punk era after releasing his energetic first single “Yea, Yea, Yea”. Released via Big Noise and distributed through Virgin Music, “Still Want You” continues Vine’s work with the legendary producer John Feldmann (Blink-182, The Used, Avril Lavigne), working to keep evolving Vine’s alt-rock identity.
Feldmann has said “I met Bryce through my friend JP Clark years ago… We connected immediately about the history of pop-punk! He got into it so deep I even got lost! He has such an iconic tone to his voice immediately I knew we would be close friends.”
“Still Want You” features a guitar riff that feels right at home in the California pop punk scene, with sharp lyricism and an anthemic yet heart-heavy hook to match. Pounding drums and a melodic chorus make this latest hit a festival ready anthem that captures the restlessness of youth.
This latest release comes fresh off the heels of Vine’s domination of the live summer circuit, with a string of festival appearances and a celebrated return to Van’s Warped Tour earlier this summer. Vine is taking this new era of his on the road across the country, with tour announcements coming to his website soon.
