The American Red Cross and Metallica have announced a three-day blood drive to donate lifesaving blood ahead of their upcoming Connecticut shows at Mohegan Sun Arena.
“Metallica's connection with its fans goes far beyond the stage, and we're honored to host the continuation of their blood drive campaign that has collected tens of thousands of donations worldwide," said Jeff Hamilton, President & General Manager of Mohegan Sun.
Members of the Metallica Family and eligible donors of all blood types are urged to book an appointment now to give blood. The Red Cross is especially in need of those with Type O blood.
Everyone who donates at the blood drive will receive an exclusive Red Cross x Metallica T-shirt designed by Squindo, while supplies last.
