Movements is gearing up for the release of their fourth album by teasing its latest single “Live By The Sword” from Happier Now, which is set to release on September 4 via Fearless Records.
“Dissolve Me,” “Everything is Fine,” “Back in My Ways,” and “Separate” are the four tracks on the album that were previously added to streaming platforms. The album has been described as expansive and emotional, carrying Movements’ signature sound to a new level that further explores and establishes their identity within the post-hardcore scene.

With the release of “Live By the Sword”, the band is featuring a loaded visualizer showing scenes of decay and violence, complementing the politically-charged nature of the song. This track highlights Movements’ unique style they’ve carved out for themselves, with quiet vocal chants, guitar and drum driven instrumentals, and plenty of vocal tension. You can watch the official visualizer right here:
Happier Now is a release we have our sights set on. Blending elements of sound from Movements’ earlier albums with newer material, the album brings the cycle full circle.
Additionally, Movements is set to headline a U.S. tour to celebrate their album in October with support from Balance and Composure, Midriff, and NIIS. Full list of tour dates are below!
