English psych band Uncle Acid and the Deadbeats have released their new single, “House By The Grave," the opening track on their upcoming seventh full-length album, Shapes Of Midnight.

Regarding the latest track, frontman Kevin Starr said, “This is one of my favourite songs that we’ve ever done and the perfect way to open up the album," then added, “‘Yonder stands the sinner!' really sums it all up."

Shapes of Midnight is a concept album inspired by both Edgar Allen Poe's “The Masque Of The Red Death” and present-day nightmares. The album refines the group's “Evil Beatles" gritty 60’s psychedelic-meets-doom-metal sound. It was tracked live to analog tape at the iconic Abbey Road Studios.

The album releases September 18 via Uncle Acid own label Killer Candy Records, known for its distinctive branding and tagline: “Delivering nightmares to your home, whether you like it or not.”
